We’ve rejected the traditional Full Service Restaurant (FSR) model, in favor of a Quick Service (QSR) / Fast Casual (FCR) hybrid with its lower Payrolls and Operating costs. The food concept is kept simple and focus is kept on execution.
Our Food concept is casual everyday food that is quick to make / serve, transports well, photographs well and is trending on socials. It’s healthy, colorful and light, typical of what you’d expect to eat in summer.
The breakfast menu is mainly Smoothies, Smoothie bowls and Toasts with a few healthy Bakery items. Unlike other cafes, we’ve adopted a Fast Casual (FCR) model where everything is pre-made or prepared in advance making it very quick and easy to serve.
The lunch menu is based around a Salad bar in the cafe, but designed to pivot in a number of ways with no additional staff / facilities – Salad bowls, Poke Bowls, Rice bowls and Wraps. We’ve adopted a Quick Service (QSR) model where everything is ordered, grabbed and paid for at the counter.
The dinner menu is based around a wood fired Grill in the garden area. Salads are still available but the focus is the Grill / BBQ. Every evening at sunset the grill is fired up and meats are portioned / prepared in advance. It’s an elevated offering with table service.
Our Drink concept is made to pair with the food throughout the day. Our cafe serves high grade specialty coffees, made in a number of ways. Our juicery makes slow and cold pressed juices and nut milks. Our bar serves natural wines and craft beers. Everything in moderation and balance
