The original FONDUE idea was a fully integrated Recovery Center, including amongst other things a health food cafe in shopfront #4. However once priced up, the cafe was outside the budget and capacity of the team so a decision was made to spin it off into a separate business + brand.
The shell for ANALOG was built (walls, roof, doors) and front / back closed off, allowing us to focus on the opening of FONDUE
Now the focus has shifted back to ANALOG with a view to opening in January – 7 months after the opening of FONDUE.
Stew and Izzy, brought in a trusted and experienced friend in Jess to head up the business under their guidance. Over the past 3 months together all the design and planning has been done and construction is nearing completion. Making it very quick to market.
