ANALOG is a lifestyle brand wrapped around an F&B concept.
Retail allows an opportunity to upsell and focus on the brand and lifestyle we are promoting. As an independent retailer, we will only stock artisanal brands with an existing and thriving following. Stocking mostly lifestyle products, which allows us to cater to non-surfers as well. We will do a Vertical line of funky and exciting retail, from surfboards, clothing and accessories complimented only by our F&B concept and bespoke Venue.
We’ve rejected the traditional Full Service Restaurant (FSR) model, in favor of a Quick Service (QSR) / Fast Casual (FCR) hybrid with its lower Payrolls and Operating costs. Our food concept is kept simple and focus is kept on execution.
Breakfast is based around simple toasts and follows a FCR model. The Scandi inspired toasts are quick and easy to make with limited skill, given all of the cooked ingredients are prepared in advance. The smoothies and smoothie bowls are all portioned and pre-frozen.
Lunch is based around salads and follows a QSR model. The salads are ordered, picked up and paid for at the counter. Drinks are grabbed from the fridge or water station. There’s no table service and no wait staff. There’s no delay between ordering and eating. Our salads aren’t like any others and are designed to pivot a number of ways.
Dinner is based around grilled meats and follows a FCR model. The wood fired BBQ is fired up every evening at sunset and meats are portioned / prepared in advance. It’s an elevated offering with table service but it’s fast.
