Strategically located in a prime position, sandwiched between two thriving businesses at the entrance to the Bukit. 

FONDUE is a leading wellness center built earlier this year, as a redevelopment of four old shop fronts, of which ANALOG occupies one. Sharing the same carpark and some of the same infrastructure reduces logistics and costs. With 120-150 customers per day, set to increase 150-300 within the next 12 months, FONDUE will refer a lot of clients across. 

STUDIO REPAIR / JS surfboards has been around for years and long recognised as the #1 spot in the Bukit to get your surfboard repaired. It’s an institution more than a shop, which is why all the expat residents and visiting pros fix their boards here. Recently expanded to include a large array of shortboards for sale it sees 75-100 customers per day. 

Our Road frontage is small but location is prime. Bingin is the first main beach in the Bukit and ANALOG is 200m before the first beach turn-off to Bingin. Which means ALL the traffic to and from the Bukit comes directly past us. Padang sees less and Uluwatu even less. 

Less than 12 months ago, our neighborhood was a run down series of shop people would drive straight through. Since FONDUE was built, investment has come flooding in and now it’s bustling neighborhood with a bunch of restaurants (Mexican, Sushi, Homecooking, Indonesian).  Making it the Bukits new ‘eat street’ and giving people a few reasons to stop.
