Rights – all investors have full voting rights, under Indonesian Corporate Law. Corporate actions that require a shareholder vote are clearly listed in the Articles of Incorporation and Shareholder agreement of the PMA company.

Reports – this is a passive investment opportunity. As such we have a lot of reporting to investors to negate the need for a lot of investor calls / meetings. Monthly we have Accounting Reports, which detail our performance vs key metrics and detailed metrics. Quarterly inline with payment of dividends, we have an Investment Report which includes accounting and general business matters. Annually we have a General Shareholder Report and Meeting every Jan, the first starting Jan 2024 to kick off.

Recourse – in the unlikely event there is a significant issue which cannot be resolved internally, we agree to resort to Arbitration with a 3rd party law firm rather than the Indonesian Court system. The law firm is to be agreed and appointed at the outset and their decision is binding.
